Happy Abby Pegs at DIA!

I am so excited that the peg dolls are in an exhibit at the Denver International Airport! They were chosen, along with 29 other artisans, to be a part of a display demonstrating the culture of handmade in Colorado. The exhibit is up now through April- check it out and let me know what you think! A good friend of mine took these photos on his way out of town, thanks Alex!!

The peg dolls were on display at the Firefly Handmade Gypsy Farm Market! What a great event it was. The scene was total artsy awesomeness and I was honored to be a part of it again. Thanks to all the friends and family that came out to support us!

Firefly Handmade Makerie Market

Last weekend the peg dolls made an appearance at the Firefly Handmade Makerie Market! It was such a great weekend and I met so many amazing, talented artisans!

Getting enough peg dolls ready for the market took SO much work! I have to give a shout out to my husband and kiddos, for allowing me to work constantly in preparation. It felt so good to have something to work on again, besides house work and "mom work." We all need to have our "thing" that gives us purpose outside of the roles we play in life! That "thing" is always changing for me, but as long as it is there, I'm a much happier mommy!
